  1. Do polydactyl kitties have more problems with grip and balance or fewer problems? Seems to me all them toes would be in the way, but of course the kitties don't know any different!

    1. I've never witnessed it being a hinderance or any more helpful. I suppose it might be a challenge for kittens with even more toes, but these two seem just fine. And yes, it's all they know..

    2. Sometimes the extra dewclaws can get snagged on things, but usually extra toes aren't a problem.

  2. Oh Marigold, what big paws you have! "All the better to bat my toys with" said she.

    1. Agreed. All the better to catch those feather wands with, too.

  5. Polydactyl feets are *the* cutest. In the closeups, it seems like she doesn't know exactly where her toes are. (She'll figure it out.) Hehe.

  6. Plz make her eyes stop changing color, we haven't seen enough of her! I always fall hardest for yellow/orange flavor kitties.

  7. I have almost the exact same pictures of my orange polydactyl when he was a kitten!!!!

  8. My great big huge orange polydactyl Charlie sometimes had a little trouble washing his nose. The occasional corner of a damp washcloth helped, and he didn't seem to mind.
