Just a Little Bit

I don't know if you've noticed, but Poe is just a wee bit cross-eyed.  Kind of like Charlene, it's subtle, and you don't see it all of the time.

It's most obvious when he's concentrating on something close up.

I think he does it too when he's having REALLY deep kitten thoughts -- whatever those might be.

But this slight imperfection just makes me all that more perfect, don't you think?

  1. Thank you for your commitment to sharing all of this ridiculous cuteness in your house!

Ha! Poe Starling is many things, but first and foremost, he is adorbs. (So's his sister.)

  3. *All* kitten thoughts are deep. "Whose tail is this?", "What do my feet taste like?", "How do I know my sister is really there if I don't pounce on her?", "Why can I see birds and squirrels outside the window but can't smell or hear them?", "Is there a world Beyond The Basket?". This is why kittens sleep a lot - all this thinking tires them out.

  4. His beautiful eyes make him over-the-top cute!

  5. I think Zoubi needs glasses- she can't see far at all. But having had to put a contact lens into a cat's eye for a couple of months once, most of them were eaten, I can imagine that cat lasik or contacts might not happen! It is cute, though. Maybe you were on to something when you did all the glasses pictures?

  6. The babies are growing so fast !! His eyes are so deep and thoughtful, just plain cute babies. I am Really enjoying getting to know them.

  7. Yes, all the more perfect with slightly crossed eyes... especially if he also tends to tilt his head while he's thinking deep kitten thoughts.

  8. Deep Kitten Thoughts - "to pounce on Marigold or Wylla? Or to nap, that is the question". Silly Poe!

  9. Such a handsome wee brute!

  10. i thought i noticed a little crossed eyes but was not sure if it was the angle of the camera. he is so cute and this makes him even more adorable. i just want to give him a hug!
