The Dreamiest Bean

Charlene has always had some pretty spectacular peepers. When she was younger, they were a deep cerulean blue, but as she's aged, they have become lacy and turned to a steel blue.  They look oceans  viewed from far above.

It's hard to catch how lovely they are indoors, but in natural light, they are absolutely dreamy.

Of course Wylla's got some pretty fabulous eyes, too.

  1. The blue eyes! That's exactly how I ended up with Siamese mixes. I found out after I started researching Siamese cats that they are also really friendly and people-oriented, which was what I wanted, and after 11 years with my fuzzy buddies, this has proven to be entirely true. thanks for the pics!

  2. I spied some Pepper Pot nail polish at a boutique in San Francisco this week and thought of the kitties! They even had some IBKC special edition shades.

I think it would be an awesome idea if Pepper Pot did some cat eye tones like Butterbean Blue and Winsome Wylla... I'd buy those for sure!

  5. It's hard to pick which thing I love more, Bean's eyes or her floof.

Also, I think I found one of Wylla's relatives: https://mostlycatsmostly.tumblr.com/post/149843227822/fortuna-via-christiane-neitzel

  8. Do you know why Charlene's eyes developed that pattern?
