Though I don't understand what "spay and neutering" is, they're telling me it's very important. And because it's important, we're raising a bunch of money for it today.
We're supposed to have a talk about it later today. Some how birds and bees are involved. I'm not exactly sure what that has to do with kittens, but I guess I'll find out soon enough.
Forty-five minutes later:
WAIT A MINUTE. THEY'RE GOING TO SHAVE MY BELLY AND DO WHAT??
Maybe we should try making our donations online for now. I'm not so sure we're going to be able to convince Dinah to pick up another phone today.
All we raise today supports the Spay and Neuter programs at the Humane Society. AND we've got a $3500 match on the table, thanks to our friend, Cynthia. We're chipping away at it, but still have $1595 to go before it's completed.
If you would care to support these important programs, please visit our FUNdraising page!
Thank you for all the support! xoxoxo!!!
Ha! That made me laugh out loud. Poor Dinah and Russell seems a little dejected about that idea.
ReplyDeleteLG said to tell them you get treats at the vet's office, and they aren't half bad. You might want to save them for later, though.
ReplyDeleteAs always, priceless kitten dialogue by Laurie!
ReplyDeleteOh, Dinah...it will make you healthier and happier, and it will reduce the population of homeless kittens! You'll see, it's a win-win all around.
ReplyDeleteHeehee!
ReplyDeleteOh, Dinah! I love your presentation.
ReplyDeleteAnd I can tell you how adorable your belly will be.
The combination of Indignant!Dinah and the caption is absolutely hysterical. Purrfect!
ReplyDeletehilarious! made my day!
ReplyDeleteDinah's reaction is priceless! But little Miss, you will be a much happier cat after a tiny shaved belly. Trust us on this!
