Bean has always been a supreme leaper.

Even as a tiny kitten.

Of course those flying Batsels were great at grabbing air.

  3. To quote my favorite word from Animaniacs, "Boingy! Boingy! Boingy! Boingy! Boingy!!"

  4. I love it when kittens get old enough to jump/pouce! And the sideways dance cracks me up!

  7. I love these pictures. Laurie you are such a gifted photographer. It's so great to see Charlene jump like that--it seems so unexpected for such an elegant girl.

I'll have to get my Blue flying today--he loves jumping so much and today is his day.

  9. Leapin' lizards, Laurie!! What an excellent post. I had no idea the Butterbean was such an accomplished gymnast. I'm embarrassed to say how much time I just spent watching these videos, but I do love the leaping kitties, and I'm with Kristen on the sideways dance - it gets me *every* time!!

  11. Every time I see the 1st pic of the Batsels, I can imagine them leaping to this song, Treat her right, performed by the Commitments!:

  13. Pretty darn impressive, Charlene! I've had 4 cats and none were/are leapers - so this is almost strange to me, hee hee!

  14. Watching floofy Charlene take off is almost as unexpected as seeing a 737 plane take off - they both seem like they shouldn't be able to lift off! Thanks for the giggles, Laurie!

  15. Charlene,

I never knew that you had the leap in you! Awesome!

PS: I got my magnets yesterday. I introduced you to Da Boyz. After they attempted to bat and steal you, I put you in the honorable spot on the frig.
