It was really fun going through all the pictures from the year and selecting one of each kitten for today's post. I enjoyed reflecting on each of our babies during this process.

What a wonderful year it's been. I feel so lucky having all of these lovely kittens as a part of our lives. Each one was so precious and fabulous in their own special way. It was an amazing experience watching them grow and seeing their personalities develop. They made us laugh many, many times. We were touched by their sweetness. They enriched our lives so much.

It's been a pleasure getting to know all of you as well. We appreciate you always being there and loving these babies from afar. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I want to wish you all the best for 2008. I hope your year is bright and filled with lots of love, happiness, and good health.

  1. And a Happy New Year to you and all the darling kitties you have shared with us this year. The IBC is a great blessing to so many kitties and to so many of us who love them and who love you for the work you do. Here's too 2008 when I hope that the world behaves more like The Itty Bitty Kitty Committee!

  10. Happy New Year! You have brought me a lot of smiles this year and have guaranteed me even more.

    We picked up our new kitty Zoe last Saturday and my husband has put the blame straight in the lap of Miss Lottie Bouvier. Looking at Lottie's sweet face made me want a third cat. It has been years since we had a kitten in the house. Luckily my DH is a big softie when it comes to cats.

  11. Happy New Year to you dear sweet people too (and that includes Drewey and Mama Charlene Butterbean). There's a whole special Heaven for you, and I hope I can come visit in a century or two. (And thanks to you in advance for all the kittens-not-yet-born who will have the good luck to find their way to you; they may not know to thank you themselves initially). I hope you're inspiring others around the country to follow in your footsteps. And to Cheryl -- ooooh, I wonder if MY husband would allow a third -- I bet a tiny boy would be welcomed with my two prima donna girls! {{wanders off, pondering}}

    May the new year bring homes to all the kitties (and other critters) who need them.

    Have a wonderful trip to Australia, too!

  14. I didn't count-- are there enough photos for a calendar?? Casius would SO be the perfect Mr. February! Naturally Cornelius would be Mr. October...Pierre for May, Reva for April...

    Gosh, you could really run with this! :)
