A Dinah Update!

I never worry at all about our kittens adjusting to their new homes, but it's always very nice to get a report from an adopter confirming that things are going well!  Patrick, Dinah Alice Dinichi's new pa just sent me an update on their girl, who now goes by Tallulah, and it sounds like there's a whole lot of happiness happening in their home.  Here's what he had to say (and he sent some pictures, too!)

Hello, we just wanted to check in about Tallulah, Little T, or Tulalip Casino,  lol.  we cannot begin to describe how much we have fallen in love with this little ball of joy!

She has one of the coziest and goofiest personalities we have ever seen. At night she sleeps on the bed next to my pillow laying her head on me ❤ purring away, and boy does she have a voice! I think she is the lost talkative cat in tacoma.

She also has the best RBF (resting bitch face) with her little furrowed brow.

She and Oscar are getting along quite well and love chasing each other around the house and rough housing. She is quite smaller than Oscar, but the way they play you would never know. Sometimes I think she bites a bit more off than she can chew!

She spends most of her time playing with Oscar or sitting on the window seal people watching. If you ever pass by the Tully's downtown (yellow triangle building) be sure to look at the top floor at the point for a little kitty head 🙂

Thank you again we could not be anymore in love!

 🙂

Thanks so much for the update, Patrick.  We appreciate you taking the time to let us know how everything's going!  We're so thrilled she and Oscar are doing so well together, and that she's bringing so much joy to your lives!

  6. I enjoyed reading this update and seeing the pics of Miss Tallulah living the good life. The thought of her taking on Oscar and getting in over her head--and then going back and doing it again--made me grin. Feisty girl! Keep him on his toes! I love that she's sleeping by Daddy's pillow. My girl, Maya, has been making herself comfortable by mine since I adopted her when she was six months (she's 12 now), and I enjoy hearing her purr and reaching over to pet her so much. Pillow kitties are a wonderful thing.

  7. I love everything about this.
BTW "RBF" is a Tortie feature. I think it has something to do with their facial coloring making them look annoyed a lot of the time!

I agree. Our Eisha was a dilute Tortie who nearly always looked POed when in fact she was the happiest little girl. It was just the funny facial markings.

On the flip-side our orange tabbies always looked like they were smiling.

  8. That is one lucky girl who knows it! Love the 4th picture of Dad reading and the next one of Dinah/Tallulah happily sleeping away.
