Another Special One

Here's another sweet story courtesy of Shelby at the HS:

While lady Zelda has been through a lot, she has remained strong throughout it all, having been given a chance by the Fund like so many cats and kittens before her. The striking lass now looks nothing like her original emaciated self who was wracked with a kitty cold and a bladder infection at intake.

Ultrasounds, X-rays, and bladder surgery were all made possible through your generosity, and we’re hopeful that Zelda is on the mend after long last. Keep your fingers crossed for this special kitty who has blossomed from skin and bones into a true beauty!

It warms my heart to know that this lovely girl was able to get the help she needed and deserved because of the Special Needs Fund.  Thanks for sharing Zelda with us today, Shelby. We wish her the very best!

To help make the fund grow so we can help kitties like Zelda out, please consider making a tax-deductible donation HERE.

Donations are doubled thanks to the $5000 match offered up today by our Awesome Anonymous Donor. With three hours left in the match, we've got $1690 left to meet it. I hope with can max it out and see our $5000 turn into $10,000! It's such an important program!

Thanks for all the support today (and everyday).

  1. Parenting special needs kitties is a privilege. We have a front tripod tabby in our family and he gives more than he gets from us in helping a quirky teen see she is capable of nurturing
