The temp agency told me to report to the set at 8:00 AM this morning.

I was told I wouldn't be the only kitten answering the phones.

Oh dear,  we've got some kittens to wrangle.

In the mean time, let's try making our donations online!    We're winding down now and have just THREE days of FUNdraising left!    To help keep us on track, our Awesome Anonymous Donor is back once again with a $2000 matching donation challenge!     She'll be matching our donations dollar-for-dollar until we reach the $2000 cap!

The challenge ends at 7:00 PM tonight!

To get your dollars doubled, please visit our Firstgiving page!

We'll be posting LOTS today so please check in frequently.   We'll be finding out who these two temp workers belong to and see more of their antics, we've got one awesome piece of art going up on the auction block, we've got another alumni update,  and you'll find out about the event that Wylla is attending and you're all invited to!    It's a BIG day, friends.

Thank you again for all the love and support.  And thank you Awesome Anonymous Donor for another huge and fabulous match!

I have been enjoying all the Bean and Wylla posts and I know you have been crazy busy with caring for Wylla and doing the fundraiser, so I didn't want to ask when, but....

  10. Gasp! What a surprise to see these babies. They are beautiful! Looking forward to hearing their story - I know they aren't your fosters, Laurie, but I do hope we learn a bit more about these cuties!

  11. I totally skipped the picture with both kitties in it; I thought the impatient kitty had run behind the couch and it wasn't until I viewed the pics a second time that I spotted the other baby.

  12. LOL, when I got to photo #7, "I'm really not comfortable doing this on my own," I yelled, "Behind the couch!!" Look at that little lurker! Kittens are such natural comedians.

  13. LOL. That second kitty must be a ninja - s/he is sleeping behind the first kitty in pic #5, which I didn't see until the 3rd time around.

    1. LOL! I didn't see it either! I'd thought I was a bit more observant than that! The second kitty must be a cute ninja that hurls hairballs! Okay, maybe not :-D

  14. Wow, these are some absolutely adorable phone bank volunteers!!

Also -- the set is really just so intricate and wonderful, right down to the wee framed pictures of former volunteers. I stand amazed at the artistry!

  15. Awwwsomely cute this kitty is, but it couldn't possibly answer the phone, since it doesn't have thumbs to hold the handset. :-/ /LOL
