  2. Awwww I hope the family who adopts her has another cat or two to keep Wylla company. It seems she doesn't like to be alone. (I say two more cats because that way when one is asleep the other two can play.)

  6. :) <-- That smilie should be at least a thousand times bigger. Kitties being friends with each other are one of my FAVORITE things.

Oh, and look what popped up on "You might also like":

  9. Love Charlene's kitten school-how to play, how to keep the "FLUFF" looking good, how to give/receive snuggles...
Charlene has a serious task bathing Wylla and her ear position shows it. lol

Fans of IBKC and Wylla know the excellent care you provide and worry about Wylla's future. But we also know you find the BEST forever homes for all of the wee ones.

  11. YAY! I've been waiting for a post like this for weeks! I'm glad the Bean and Wylla have become friends and Wylla has enough energy to play! It shows that she has made a lot of progress and is getting so much bigger!

    1. Very nice recitation of the Pinky and the Brain Theme Song. (Now I have an earworm, thanks.)

It DOES look like these two cats are plotting world domination. Oh wait, what am I saying -- Charlene Butterbean already rules over us all!

  18. Every foster home needs a Bean. Humans can give food, love, and shelter, but we can't teach them the ins and outs of feline social skills. I love seeing pics and vids of Bean interacting with the IBKC, teaching with love and patience and the occasional smackdown when needed. ;)

  19. I love how Charlene just seems to know when to olay (gently), and when to groom. Of course, there's never a wrong time for either of those activities!

  20. I'm so happy to see that Wylla has a playmate. The fuzziness-on-fuzziness is adorable, too!

Someone is going to cherish that little fuzzy cat. It will be someone as special as she is. I can hardly wait to find out who will take care of her and love her.

  28. Beautiful girls...and that last picture melts my heart. Yes, every orphan kitten needs a Bean from whom to learn the ropes of catdom. Lucky Wylla, to have both Bean AND Laurie who will be sure she's adopted to just the perfect family for her!
