It's true, all the Smalls have left our nest.    Today, I'll share the last of the pictures of the whole group together, and tomorrow we'll start sharing their adoption tales.

  2. Jumbo Shrimp Louie turned out to be the most darling, in my view. Congrats on graduating another successful class from Charlene's Finishing School. Bet you are a bit sad right now... those gold medals do it every time!

  3. Louie really does like the basket. I hope his new home has one for him just like it!

  4. Totally, I think whoever takes Louie with them may need to take the basket as well!

  6. oh my gosh, they are just so sweet! Violet and Sol have really mastered that Siamese "so serious" stare. Liam's curious expression and his subtle markings are adorable. And Louie...what a cutie in that basket! As if he didn't stand out from the family already with his wee and gangly features. I can't wait to hear their adoption tales!

  7. I actually like Liam's nose the best. Peenkness beautifully outlined and set off with licorice goodness.

  8. Oh, my goodness! Not only are the Smalls impossibly adorable, but your photos are incredibly wonderful, showing them in all their tiny glory. You are killing me here, Laurie, with the sheer gorgeousness of these kittens!!

And I cannot even begin to express how green with envy I am for their new families. I know they'll be very happy, but why couldn't they have been happy with ME? :)

  9. All the good Louie-and-the-basket comments have already been made! My favorite is "Shrimp in a basket".
Now I must go sit in the sun with my kitties and try not to think about Louie.

  10. I love how Louie got out of the basket for *just a sec* to pose with his brothers and sister, but then it was right back in the basket! What a wonderful little group they are.

  11. Louie was adorable peeking over the basket rim. I hope all the Smalls lead content, safe, sun puddle-filled lives.

  14. Always sad for us admirers to see a raft of babies launched -- but how lovely to contemplate the delight in all their new forever homes!

  19. I know this is unrelated, but hoping to reach an audience of kitty lovers here - please share if you know someone who can help. Kansas City Siamese Rescue is trying to place a sweet Siamese adult male iwth no health or behavioral issues to keep him from being put down by am owner who no longer wants him. If you're in the KC area or know someone who is and think you can help -

  20. Liam reminds me, especially in that bottom pic, of my favorite Itty Bitty ever, Warren. (Which is not to suggest that Liam doesn't have his own unique kittenality!)Squeee!!!
