Let's Roll it Over!

DSC_0939

I can hardly believe it, but today is our last official day of fundraising.   It's been a wild ride and a long, emotional  month.  But all of you were right there being wonderful and supportive, which made things a whole lot easier.   We met every challenge before us, and today, we're going to hit our goal.  I can hardly wait!

I've been saving one last major matching donation challenge from our dear friend Cynthia for the final day of the fundraiser.   It's a biggie, and once we meet it, we're going to BLOW past our goal.

Until 5:30 PM, Pacific Time, Cynthia will be matching every dollar donated until we hit her $3000 cap.

That gives us a hair under 12 hours to do it.   I know it's not  a ton of time, but historically, on the last day of our fundraiser, donations come in fast and furious, so I'm confident we can meet the match.

Once we meet it, I'll add her match to the pot, our goal will be met (and then some).  I thought it might be nice,  given how much she has given, that she should be the one to take us over the top.

SO, here we go!   Let's roll it over!

To make a tax-deductible donation,   please hurry on over to our fundraising page.  Your dollars will be doubled by this awesome match, and you'll help get us closer to our $75 Squillion goal!

Thank you everyone for all the incredible support.   Thank you Cynthia for your many generous matching challenges.

You all mean the world to us.  Thank you for being so wonderful.

I've got lots of fun posts planned for today,  including the announcement of our IBKC Poetry Corner Contest winners, so please stay close!

PS Our $3000 match will be met when we hit $74,775

  8. I just made my first donation! My mommy helped me. I've been begging her to do it this whole month because she saved me from the street one day about 5 years ago. Charlene Butterbean is my fantasy girlfriend. I heart her. Yours affectionately, Mr. Whiskers

  9. I'm so happy to see that IBKC and Laurie are going to hit 75 squillion! That will do so much good for the animals.

My sincerest appreciation to Cynthia for her generosity, as well as to everyone else who donated. And of course thanks must go to the kitty phone staff, their supervisor Charlene, and fundraiser extraordinaire Laurie.

^^Mr Whiskers, thank you for donating with your mommy's help—I'm sure Charlene will be impressed, but you should know, she's RILLY BIZEE with kittens most of the time. :)
