Sparkle Balls for EVERYONE!!!

One of the most common questions I am asked is "where can I find Sparkle Balls?"   Well, I'm excited to announce you can find them right here in our IBKC SHOP!

We're selling them in cute little packages with nine balls inside - three pink, three black and three silver.   The Sparkle Balls are one inch in diameter, which is the size Charlene prefers to play with. They are the prefect to for cats and kittens of all ages. They're fun to leap after, catch, and bat around.

We love to toss them to Charlene, but she'll play with them on her own as demonstrated HERE
In addition to the Sparkle Balls,  we've got some IBKC postcards for sale too.   We have very limited quantities of some of the sets (Ashbys, Darlings, and Pettibones). So if you want to pick up a pack of any of those, please don't delay. Once they're gone, they're gone for good.

Soon, will be adding some new postcard designs and in the next couple of months, a calendar too!

Please pop on over and check it out! If you want to make your cat happy, order up a pack of Charlene Butterbean Approved  Sparkle Balls!

  3. I've never wanted to give those type of toys to my cats, because I'm pretty sure they would end up ingesting the parts. Don't your cats eat the strands?

  4. Auntie Em - They're an acrylic fiber.

Jala- I've yet to meet a cat toy that's completely indestructible. Between kittens and Charlene, Sparkle Balls get a pretty good workout around here. Eventually they can wear down, and when that happens, they get tossed and replaced, and that is suggested on the Sparkle Ball package.

  5. LOL! I've been looking for sparkleballs ever since I've followed this site.

I put all my cat toys away between play sessions as a rule, except the totally indestructible ones.

  7. My cats love these as well although the ones I have are much larger (harder to lose under the stove, fridge, etc.).

  8. Yes we do, Tabitha.

Anon, Charlene has bigger ones too, but they're heavier so she can't bat them around as easily. She's always preferred the smaller ones.

  9. My two IBKC alums still love sparkle balls (photo evidence) but I do toss out the old ones regularly. They also prefer the smaller ones.

  10. So Charlene, in addition to being the world's most famous feline philanthropist, is now becoming a sparkle ball magnate? Impressive.

  11. I got the last sparkleballs in our local Petsmart, so I am glad to have an alternative supply! Watching Charlene bat hers on the catcam, I was wondering what in the natural world would sparkle and captivate cats. Leprechauns? Fairies? Great idea. And I will be watching the postcards offered.

  12. We got sparkle balls for our foster kittens last summer, and I still find glitter in nooks and crannies in that room today. They basically dismembered them. Guess that means they were a hit!

  13. I just bought a package. My cat loves her little sparkle balls. Like Charlene in more than just floof levels, the big ones are just NOT as much fun. We also just went from carpet to hardwood and sparkle balls really ARE the best toy ever, especially at 3am.

(Anyway, the timing was great - our pet sitter had brought the small ones years ago and we hadn't been able to fnd more. You've made one kitty very happy here in Michigan!)

  14. I've gotten sparkle balls for my cat, but she prefers shiny mice. There must be something about the metallic, reflective appearance that captures a cat's attention.

  15. You know ... I used to be able to find these sparkle balls everywhere, now they're impossible to find! Maybe Charlene Butterbean's hoarding them all.
