SOMEbody Got up on the Wrong Side of the Kitten Basket this Morning

Why so grumpy, Sheldon?

I'm not grumpy.

Look out, Marla.  You might want to steer clear of your brother.   He's in a funk this morning.  Did something happen?

Oh, He's still kind of mad at me about what happened the other day.    He'll be OK.  He and Geraldine are having a talk, and she always has a way with words.

Come here, Sheldon.  There, there little lad.  Let me give you a hug.  Your ego just got a little bruised the other day.  Don't worry, it's all going to be just fine.   You're the smartest, handsomest, strongest brother we have.   Do you feel better now?

Sort of.

  1. This litter is completely adorable. I hate to say I have a favorite, but Miss Marla is such a striking little kitten! I do love them all though.

  2. I have a great idea. You need to do children's books illustrated with your lovely pictures of adorable kittens, just like the posting today. So sweet!

  3. And actually, in the last frame after sort of, Sheldon is thinking "I'm your only brother."

  4. That would be awesome! And as a 33 year old woman, I would read that "kids" book all the time! This litter is the best.

  5. Cutest.story.ever. And Sheldon's grumpy face is awesome! He looks like I felt when I got up this morning. Of course I feel much better now having gotten a good dose of La Bean and the Dearborns. :)

  17. I think the children's book made up of kitten photos is a great idea! Laurie, you are brilliant at this -- please consider doing it. I'd buy a copy for myself and two more for my niece and nephew!
