Quite a Show

Window_Kittens

If you happened to be walking by our house yesterday afternoon, you might have seen a little action in our living room window.

Some of the kittens were batting at the cord from the shades. Some were stalking a housefly caught between the shades and glass. Some were playing with the tails of those distracted by the cord or the fly.

There was a whole lot of prancing, dancing, bouncing, pouncing, climbing, batting and catting going on. These little performers put on quite a show.

Yes, they are a Lively bunch.

Though I can definitely wait to see the 'film' which always signals the departure.

  5. Laurie, I have an idea: stadium seating in front of your house. Between the seating and concessions, you would make a fortune.

  8. Ha, kitten energy! They should find a way to bottle that stuff and sell it! Adorable. And to think of how serious they all looked when we first met them!

  9. It took me a moment to recognize it (blame it on the 4PM brain slump?), but the framing on today's photo is genius! The Lively bunch, the Lively bunch, that's how they became the Lively bunch...
