  3. I never thought anything could distract me from a marmie if one was in the room, but man, Fifi's dark wee nosie is just stealing every picture!

  9. Oh what little dolls! They are quite an expressive bunch, aren't they? Want to hug them all!

  10. but...but...but where is the little gray guy in his morning suit??

    ReplyDelete
  11. phooey, ok, my bad: I thought there was a gray tux AND a black tux kitten in this litter...Truman is playing tricks with my eyes! :)

  12. Marjorie- all of their eyes but Irv's are changing. His seem to be staying blue, for now.

  13. Oh my goodness. I love these photos! The kitties are all so attentive. What are you waving at them to keep their attention?

    so cute!!!

    ReplyDelete
  14. Marlene, I usually don't wave anything, I just talk to them and make noises. When you wave something, their eyes got all wild.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Oooh, it's so tempting to just scoop up the whole basket and give them all a big group hug.

    ReplyDelete
  16. I desperately need to scratch under Truman's little white chin.

    ReplyDelete
  17. They started out so proper...by 1/2 way thru...they looked a bit drunk! LOL Keep them off the bottle, woman!!! :)

    ReplyDelete
  18. @Ann, it is actually tempting to scoop up the whole basket and RUN OFF with them!

  21. wonderful adorable group photos!
this is just such a wonderful
    variety of colorful kittens!
they seems to lose a wee bit of concentration
in the middle two photos, but they get right back into their modeling and really show off.
    love the arm sticking ot of the basket! and the yawning {{being a super model is so dull..}}

  22. Please make cards! Please make cards! Please make cards!!! The Lively bunch need their own cards!!!

  23. As is so often the case, I am in awe of your cat herding skills (not to mention the fab photos!)

  24. @GD, Yes, very tempting to pick up the basket and then run off! The only thing stopping me is my DH, who said, "No you can't have them." That, and I have rather short arms, can't reach all the way across the country for that basket. Darn.

  25. Fiona's nose reminds me of when Rudolph's dad Donner covered his shiny red nose with mud to disguise it... Does she "talk funny" like she's got a cold, too?

  26. It's 10 after 2, when all time stops. And then I checked the IBKC site and voila - my afternoon has been made!!! I'm overwhelmed with adorableness!

  45. I do sooooo love these basket group shots! Your cat herding skills are impressive. The basket seems to be holding up really well despite getting so much use by multiple litters.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Lovely, luscious kitties - a basket full!

    ReplyDelete
  47. "The Basket" and Laurie enjoy another riveting conversation:

Basket: See! I told you! They simply can't get enough of "me" holding these kittens.

Laurie: Uhm, perhaps it's not "you", but the kittens...you think?

Basket: No way! They ooh and aah over me...my adoring public!

Laurie: Basket, I think you are a few feet short of a full skein of yarn!

Basket: I am the king of the kitty baskets! Go basket...go basket...

Laurie: Your on my nerves basket...

  48. I was so eagerly anticipating a family portrait - and now there's 10 of them! Yay!

Fiona still looks like a tiny adorable mouse. And she looks like she's going "Halp me!", even though she's just yawning. Irving is such a perfect little supermodel. And look at Truman, always sticking his cute chubby paws out! Come on, sweet Lambert, show us the LOL!

    ReplyDelete
  49. Oh Laurie...

I have been waiting for this "family portrait"...

Such a beautiful litter of sweet little "starfish"...

Thank you so much for sharing these beautiful pictures...

Also, thank you so much for all that you do to care for these wonderful little animals...

    ReplyDelete
  50. Every time I look at that second to last picture, I imagine Irving laughing maniacally as he shoves Fiona over into his brothers thereby achieving basket domination.

    ReplyDelete
  51. There is just NUFFIN cuter than itty bitties in a basket!

    ReplyDelete
