It's Tortie Time

Miss Luella was kind enough to sit still juuuuuust long enough for a couple of pictures. She's one wiggly kitten and is always a girl on the go.

  1. Torties are always feisty because they're really two cats trapped in one body.

  5. Wow - She is absolutely beautiful! I love the way those orange markings highlight her eyes! I've lost my heart to her. If only you were a tad closer (about 2,500 miles would do it)...

  6. Aren't there Blondie lyrics about red eyeliner and blue mascara? Miss Lu has part of that going on, has she been hanging out at CBGB c.1977?

  7. I loooove her! So much like my tortie, Molly, at her age - a bundle of energy, wiggleworm, livewire on the go go go, that is until she falls over asleep midstep, just like a toddler. :)

  11. I've been hoping we'd get more Luella pictures! She's such a little beauty. If I were nearby and currently able to adopt a cat, I'd be begging you for her.

  12. Aww, look at that soft blue nest. I can see why she was willing to stay still for just a little bit.

  16. I like Melissa's theory on the tortie 'tude.
It explains so much about my dilute tortie girl...

But Oh, I wish Luella would hold still just long enough to get those tortie toes in focus!

Chin skritches all 'round the Drapers AND the floof princess - Charlene!
