Just a Little Toooooo Knead-y

DSC_0956
It started out innocent enough... two brothers napping belly to belly on the couch... enjoying each others' company in the late afternoon...

Then something woke Gaetano, and in a biscuit making fit, he managed to knead his brother right into the gap between the couch cushions. Poor little Luigi was too sleepy to defend himself.

  5. Is there any way to curb his obsessive compulsive kneadiness?

It's a little out of hand no?

He's such a delicious little bugger though.

  6. What I love is that Luigi looks like he's deciding whether or not to go back to sleep... he still has sleepy kitten eyes!

  9. Oh those OCD kitties - we have one and it can be very funny (more so when he was a kitten) when they get into strange situations like this! Poor Luigi, I feel bad that he got stuck in the cushions, but I am glad that all the kittens seem to put up with Gaetano's need to knead. Hopefully he will grow out of it (at least a little) so this doesn't happen again, but really, it is pretty funny.

  10. Looks like sumbuddy may need an intervention and an admission to an intensive "knead-hab" program. :)

  18. That is just cute! Gaetano's future owners are gonna have to keep his nails trimmed We have a kneeder and it's fine as long as those nails stay dull!

  19. Oh man, you are so lucky you caught this moment!

Would Charlene allow Gaetano to knead her?

  20. LOLOLOL!!!! Just the laugh I needed today, thanks Laurie! Little Gaetano is just a kneading maniac isn't he? And Luigi's expression is too funny for words. Poor little guy didn't know what hit him.

  21. Totally adorable! I love little Gaetano and Luigi is such a gorgeous patient kitty. One of my cats is fully grown but has yet to out-grow her need for kneads and she regularly gets under the covers and kneads my sides. Love it! I call it our bonding sessions.

  22. From snuggles to couch cushion marker.
Luigi is such a patient brudder....

But Gaetano is so fanatically adorable....

  41. He makes me think of my kitten (well now an adolecent). Sidney sleeps with me every night...and wakes me every night kneading either my eye, cheek, nose, lips or esophagus ! He doen't stop and he kneads hard!

  42. I love the way Gaetano's head is blurry from the kneading motion. He is really going at it.

  43. Wow. I think it's time for rehab.

  47. I will accept the things I cannot knead,
    Knead the things I can,
And maybe, sometimes, once in a while, ask for the wisdom to know the difference
