Is This Duo for You?

DSC_1103

As I mentioned earlier, we still are on the hunt for the perfect home for two of the Fortunato Five. Yep, Luigi and Dominick have yet to find their family.

I'm trying hard to place these two together, so if you are living in the Seattle/Tacoma area and looking for a delightful pair of bouncing baby boy kitties, please send me an email today.

Now here's a little more about these delightful young lads:

DSC_0985

Luigi:
- Sweet, golden tabby boy.
- Loves sharing belly spots with anyone who cares to see them.
- Hardly says a peep, but always purrs.
- Always up for a wrestling match.
- Biscuits? Makes and takes.
- Loves laps.

Dominick:
- Hypnotic blue-eyed lynx point.
- Would play with his feather wand forever if you let him.
- Biggest of the brood, but he's not so tough. He lets out the sweetest little cries when he can't find his family.
- Excellent motor skills.
- Snugly sleeper.

  1. Wish I was there, we have never had but one boy all through the years. We have five girls. I would love to give it a try......but maybe they will get a great family there!

  2. Oh I wish! It's cuties like that - that are the reason I have 4 cats of my own! I hope you find a wonderful family for them!

  3. I'm east coast, darnit! What I wouldn't give to be able to adopt these two kitties! I will just keep wishing...

  4. If only I weren't all the way in Texas! Such cuties!

  5. How these two are still up for grabs is beyond me! I have been in kitty love with Luigi since he was "biscuited" into the couch cushions! Sadly, I think my three might disown me if I brought a couple brothers home. Good luck to the two on finding a happy loving home. I am sure it won't take much longer!

  7. I would take them in a heartbeat if I weren't on the wrong edge of the country! My two favorites from this family, and I am looking for kitties. :(

  8. Oh my word, Luigi would go so wonderfully with my Guido! How could anyone resist those darling faces?

  11. I just contemplated a move to Tacoma, solely due to the fact that it would make me eligible to adopt these beauties. How could anyone in the area say no to those sweet faces??

  12. OK, if you insist. I guess I'll take them both.
But what would I do with my husband and dogs?
...I got two kittens for my husband and dogs, it was a good trade...
Oh dear, I might need to think this through more.
And BetteJo, I love your name. Do you mind if I borrow it for a kitty at the shelter?

  13. If they magically appeared I do not believe that my kitties would forgive me.

And after being ruled by Toes for the last 13 years, that would be devastating.

I know the Fortunatos will end up in beautifully suited homes with ou and the Bean's assistance.

  14. Ooh, I've been lurking for awhile but just had to comment on this one. I wish I could scoop these boys up and bring them home to be friends with my Eliot, but we're in Boston... However, I sent the link to my 3 friends in the Seattle/Tacoma area in hopes that they know someone who will fall in love with these kittens. They're so adorable I'm sure they'll be adopted into a wonderful home soon.

  17. the fact that I live in Wisconsin is KILLING me right now. If I lived in a different "W" state (namely, yours!)...

    huge sigh.

  18. O.M.G. If I lived in your area, and could take on 2 more animals, I would snap these two up before you could say "Boo". I live on the East Coast, and I have a full house already, unfortunately. I am sure that these two charming and dapper little heartbreakers will find a home in nothing flat!

  20. I simply can't believe they're ready to go to their new homes. They come & go so quickly! I hope they get the people of their dreams, and that your home is populated again soon with tiny mewling furballs.

  24. You mean there are people who DON'T think a stripy duo is for them? Inconceivable!

  25. Good luck, little guys. We're all cheering for you to charm your way into a fur-ever home!!!

I've been smitten with Luigi since the couch biscuit incident too! There's something so sweet about a brother who puts up with anything, even if it's only because he's half asleep!

  26. Ohh, that duo is definitely for me...but unfortunately I live on the east coast!

  27. He lets out the sweetest little cries when he can't find his family.

Oh please, somebody adopt them together! I can't bear the thought of Dominick crying!

  28. Crap, I'd drive in from Minneapolis for those two. But, as I've stated before, we're already overcrowded on cats. We're down to four (all boys), and that's just too many in 2000 sq.ft. Plus, my fiancee would kill me.

    Tempting offer, though.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Whew! Meowm says if she didn't already have my brother and I she would strongly consider coming to get the two of you!

  30. Why oh WHY don't I live in the Northwest!?!?!?

  31. *sigh* if only i'd ended up at UW for my phd program (i did get accepted) rather than USU. or crapoloa.. if i were still at home in eugene i'd chat with you about driving the 4 hours. those little guys would be worth a commute to pick them up.

  35. I so love Luigi's belly spots and golden colors. And Dominick looks so like my 9. Pity I live in California and I already have 2 kitties (4 might just be over my limit :( )...

    ReplyDelete
  36. I am in love with Luigi! Something about those tabby boys... Dominick is no slouch either though. They're both so handsome. I wish I could take them but I also have a two kitty rule. :(

  37. I am praying that these two little sweeties find the home - TOGETHER that I just know is out there waiting for them! Laurie, you always seem to find the right humans to go with all your kitty babies.

  39. Ah beans, I'm another Wisconsinite who's melting! Mine is an FIV household in addition to the half a country away factor, but that doesn't mean I'm not charmed by these two anyway. *cuddles them both* I'm sure you'll find a wonderful home for them both, preferably the same one!
