Can you tell them apart? Now that they are a little older, it is getting easier. Still, it takes me a seconed to figure out who is who.

  1. For my part? Doesn't even matter who's who; that's like gazing into a large box of chocolates to see which one is better. I partly figured it out: it's your settings, your backgrounds, along with those FACES -- that's how you manage 100% superiority over any other photogs of kitties. You are, my dearest, the Annie Leibovitz of kittie photogs. Period.

  2. They are both healthier and glossier looking than when you got them! You are a good kitty mommy.

  3. My daughters are identical twins and I never had much trouble telling them apart, especially if they were next to each other so that I could see the difference. It's when you can't compare that it's harder. I had a friend who had two nearly identical kitties and it was the same. Then one of them disappeared and she was never really sure which one was left. Sad, but kind of funny.
Is Porter OK? I need to see more of him now.

  4. In the 5th photo down Auggie's eyes are quite stunning. I know they are still mostly kitten blue but oh that look is enough to make you love...

  5. Oh, my! That shot of little Clementine, with that tiny tongue and itty bitty footz! *sigh* I'm in love again. And Augie, so handsome.

Have to agree with dale-harriet, you're the best kitteh photographer I've ever seen, Laurie! Talented and a wonderful foster mom! Thanks so much for sharing with us all!

  7. Auggie's coat does look darker, more toward the gray color.

Clementine has a softer, slightly brighter tone to it, like she got kissed by marmalade.

Ooooh - you are an awesome storyteller with these pix. The story is these kitty families start out with incredible amounts of love!

    Thanks for doing that!

  9. I think I have it figured out, but then the 2nd to last picture flips me around.

that's ok, I'll take them both. By the way, I've been spreading the IBKC love around MIT, you are very popular here!

  10. Auggie and Clem have entirely different color palettes! Clem is more salmon-grey and Auggie bluer.
