Anxiously Awaiting

charlene butterbean

Any day now,, I swear,,, we'll have a fresh batch of babies. Everyone knows at the Humane Society that we have dibbs on the next batch that comes through the door... it's just matter of time. We're all trying to be patient... but it's REALLY hard.

  1. We'd love more pics of Charlene while we wait :) My 5 year old loves your site too. He asks everyday if you have new pictures.

  2. I wish Charlene was my mother! My mother was almost that beautiful, but not nearly so patient as Ms. Butterbean.
And, while we wait, give us a little background on Drewy, or is she in the Witness Protection Program so we can't know more about her?

  3. She almost looks like she should be drumming her fingers... I love the just-barely-crossed eyes. She's so beautiful.

  5. When I was a wee girl, I thought that cartoon characters existed in real life. Charlene is just that for me: the cutest cartoon cat brought to life!

  10. Could there be a girl kitty any more beautiful than everyone's favourite Charlene Butterbean? I really don't think its possible. Kisses Charlene!

  11. Aww. I for one am waiting impatiently as heck! :)

don't worry Ms. Butterbean, before you know it there'll be new kittens for you to love. ... I should take my own advice, shouldn't I? :) *anticipates future kitty cuteness, and promptly gets the warm fuzzies*

  12. Hi Charlene! love, Maddie

Whenever Sophie starts to give Maddie a bath, Maddie flips right over and tilts her head back to allow it. I know she learned this while being taken care of by Charlene! Such a good kitty mommy.

  13. Can't wait to get to know Drewy a little better. I'm torn between believing she's A) incredibly mysterious or B) she's a cranky old lady who has had it with (IB)committee work. Either way is fine.

  18. I absolutely love this pic of Miss Butterbean. She's asking for her nails to be done, or her for her foofy between toes foofed up, I believe.

  19. What a great picture of Charlene!
She is just as gorgeous as usual, but with that "where-are-they-where-are-my-kittehs-mine-mine-MINE!" look on her face... just slightly impatient ;)

Can't wait to see the new batch of lucky moggies getting licked by the fluffball Butterbean!
