Guy Number Five!

DSC_4327

Please say hi to number five!!!  This little lynx point man is Oakley Fellows.

He's trying to be a brave kitten, and every single day he's getting a little better at it, but he still has his struggles.

When I gave them all their breakfast today, I said to Oakley, "Hey, you didn't hiss at me this morning!"  And then he hissed at me --- but it was only a tiny half-hiss.

We are wearing him down and I do think soon we will have his trust.

In the meantime, my goodness, will you look at that adorable kitten.

Egads, little lad!

So, how do you like these Five Fellows?  I think we may have hit the kitten jackpot once again!  Lucky us!!

  1. Dear Oatley, there is no real reason to still be hissing. The only threat you face is the amount of squees you will get from us. And maybe the amount of bathing from Miss Stout. You and your brothers are in a safe, loving place.

  13. White face + black nose = instasquee!!!

He looks like one of those cats who will grow up to have different markings, like Charlene.

  14. How cute! He wants a cuddle but he's not sure how to ask. Once they settle in they're going to have lots of fun playing. I know the girls know what they're in for. :)

  17. If could , I would take the trip across the Atlantic ocean , scop him up up into my loving hands . I would give him a home back in Norway . Maybe I could take him with me , one early morning , and spy a real Lynx in the woods close by . Unfortunately there's too many obstacles in my way , and I'll have to settle for updates as years go by ....
