She's lean, she's fast, she climbs. One second she's on the ground, the next she has all 18 toes sunk into your thigh.
Why does she do this? Because she can. When you are little like that and full of determination, you can go anywhere.

ReplyDeleteAh, and who can blame her? Honestly, I remember being an 8-year-old, and having a light and flexible body that could climb any tree. Often it felt like I could do anything I wanted. I didn't know to miss it until it was gone!
