An All-Beau Post

DSC_7923

I have a dear friend who's in love with Beau. She's well-stocked in the cat department, so she's not interested in adding any more to her brood, but she surely is smitten with this little guy.

It was love at first sight, too.  I sent her a photo of the babies still in their carrier on the way home from the shelter, and in that puddle of Huddlestons, she noticed the boy right away.  He made her heart go pitter-patter.

So this is for you, dear friend.  Here's an all-Beau post.

  1. Don't tell LG but I also happen to think that Beau is a real cutie. Don't sleep on Spencer either. Okay, truth be told, I have a thing for gray tabby boys. (LG already knows that part because mommy adores him.)

  3. I have a 14 year old grey tabby boy and he is the biggest lover in my house! Non stop purrs and cuddles! I would take Beau in a heartbeat too.

  4. My boy cat is a tabby love named Beau. Even though he's about 13–14 lbs., I call him my giant kitten, because he is my big baby and a total momma's boy. I knew I would call him Beau from the very first time I saw him sleeping on a baby blanket in his kennel at the adoption site (his tiny sister Minnie was wide-awake and on alert, lol).

Beaus are the best, is what I am saying. :)

  5. All Hail, Beau the King of the Knee Mountain! I do so love tabby boys, my first cat was one, Jolly. And the Maine Coons are the classic mackarel tabby types.

  7. I can't say I blame your friend... Beau is a little bundle of cute, as are all of the Huddlestons!

  9. Totally adorable. I wish I have room for another cat, sigh.

  10. I'm in love with him as well. Anyway he could become a Southern California boy?

  11. He certainly lives up to his name, doesn't he?

I wouldn't be surprised if Monsieur Beauregard ended up being special friends with Dean Bean and/or Professor Wylla.

  12. This tabby boy seems so special. Maybe it's because he shares a name with my beloved kitty (though my Beau is a Sheldon lookalike), but there's something about that tabby!
