Snuggle Season

The only good thing about this never-ending cold and wet weather we're experiencing this season is that it makes the cats extra snuggly.  They've been spending more time near us, on us, and snuggled up with together.

I'm always delighted to see these two curled up together.

  1. The head flop over that Charlene is doing is completely irrestiable to me!!

  2. So cute! If my cats ever snuggled up together I think my head would explode from sheer delight. They don't cuddle with each other. :(

  3. The normal body temperature of a cat ranges from 99.5 to 102.5, so we keep our homes cooler than they would naturally like. Their winter fur makes up for some of it, but nice warm people and blankies definitely make things much more comfy, and we benefit from the snuggling, also!

  4. There is just something so relaxing about watching kitties sleep. Seeing them in a cuddle puddle makes it that much more difficult to get anything done.
