A Very Itty Bitty Bean

Bean's birthday is just around the corner, and I've been combing through the archives, looking for some vintage Charlene for a celebratory post.

Last night, I rediscovered these two dear clips.

Before we officially adopted her, we would borrow Charlene from her foster home,  and bring her over  to our house for little visits. So, these clips were taken before she was officially "ours".

Just look at that tiny thing! She was about five weeks old here, and still a little "awkward" looking.

Here's a photo taken around the same time, possible a few days earlier.

Charlene's birthday is Sunday, March 15th, and because it falls on a weekend, we'll be officially celebrating it on Monday, March 16th. Mark your calendars, friends! It's going to be a big day!

  1. So tiny and cuddly! It is always amazing to me how the fur darkens as they get older.
