101 Wyllas - Part One

Today our wee Wylla turn ten months old!  In celebration of this day, I've put together a collection of images highlighting 101 of our favorite moments with Wylla.  The pictures are in chronological order, so you can watch her grow all over again.

Today I'm posting the first fifty, and tomorrow, I'll be back share the second half - it was way too much to squeeze into one post!

It was fun looking back through the many photos (there are thousands!!)  and selecting this set - there were so many sweet memories.  Of course a few sad ones too - we've been through so much with this little girl.

Happy Ten Months, dear Wylla!   We're so grateful you are ours!

  2. #3 with Filbert broke my heart a little. But I'm so happy she's here. Many happy returns, Wylla.

    1. #3 made me sniffle. It's always hard to say goodbye, but especially so when they're as tiny as little Filbert.

Happy 10 month birthday, Miss Wylla! This makes it obvious that she has grown quite a bit, even though she is still on the petite side.

  4. Awww Filbert. I still remember squealing the first time I saw her picture. Thank goodness she's grown into that floof.
How is her sister doing, btw?

  7. Aw, Mr Filbert.. that little nut. :) I remember how much I cried when I read the post after you said goodbye to him. Wylla sure looks so much more grown up compared to that first picture of the little fluffball. Happy 10 months, Wylla (and Audrey!), many more to come!

  8. awww, I'd forgotten what a little fluffer-nutter she was. :-)

  9. I remember how scared we all were for her. Filbert had died and you didn't have a diagnosis for her GI issues yet. She was the most-squeeable baby then and she is growing into the a beautiful cat now. I think I speak for the entire IBKC community when I say "thank you" to you and Craig and Bean for the good care you've given this sweet girl!

  10. RIP baby Filbert

And Audrey's parents, let us know how she's doing. I love her.

Wylla is such a precious little gal with her giant eyeballs and zest for life. She is a beacon of how to live.

Hey guys, today is 2 months since I lost my Mini. I know you love your kit-cats, so give them an extra squeeze for me today, if you don't mind. xoxo

  23. What a treat to see so many Wee Wylla's and the promise of many more tomorrow! I just love that she's a part of your family and "with the Bean"...perfect for all - including us fans of IBKC.

  24. You should enlarge #50, frame it, and hang it in your house. It so beautifully shows the relationship between Bean and Wylla. In my opinion, it is a work of art and is simply breathtaking.
