Wylla Waiting

Is it dinner time?  Nope.

But enter our kitchen, and Wylla will follow and then park her little self in her "dining room"where she will wait.

And even though she just ate five minutes ago, and she's really not hungry at all, she'll sit there watching and hoping.

  1. The overused word 'Cute' does not cover these photos... many thanks for them.

  2. Wylla would fit right in at our house! One of our cats does the same thing.

I really don't think Wylla could be any cuter. What an adorable little fluff ball she is!

  3. Just wayyyyy to cute! My boy cat will do that. Come into thekitchen and sit in front of his bowl and after awhile he leaves but tries very hard to get extra...They are just silly little creatures!

  4. She is so sweet! What a patient kitty. Ours would be climbing our legs!

  5. she is THE most precious little thing. I know she has the right family out there when she's ready to leave your nest.

  6. Oh goodness--so very, very cute! I LOVE the dining room set up! >^..^<

  7. And people say cats can't be trained. Ha!

  8. OMG - Maybe she's STILL hungry? She's a growing girl you know! Poor Wylla. My cat does the same thing - whenever I go into the kitchen, he runs and sits next to his empty food bowl and gives me the look.

  9. omg that is the cutest thing ever! Love her in her little dining room!

  11. my goodness, but she can sure tug at your heart strings... the little minx!!

  12. You have to submit that to Cute Overload. OMG the little kitchen!

  13. Oh, she just looks so tiny in her little dining room! Maybe it's because I am imagining the little table and chairs to be dollhouse sized...

  14. You're just trying to kill us, aren't you?

  15. D'awwwww... Somebody feed that poor starving widdle baby! LOL!

At least she's being patient about it. I have a cat who insists that it's time for snax any time we move toward the kitchen from 7pm until 9:30pm (actual snack time). The more we ignore her, the more insistent she gets until she starts using gentle claws to make her point. hahaha

  16. That is hardwired into every single cat when they're born: Go to the kitchen with human.. food will soon follow.

Such a cute little eating area that she has. She's not spoiled, eh?

  17. I would not be able to resist giving her a little something extra every time she did this.

  18. She is practicing training humans. She knows she was born to rule!

  19. EEEK! Wylla got dealt more cute than I can handle!

  20. Oh my! Those pictures absolutely made my day! Wee Woolie Wylla, you bring smiles to many, many people - you are absolutely darling and irresistable! Such a patient and well mannered little kitty :)

  22. Ohhh....!!!! Unbelievably adorable kitten! Unbelievably adorable dining room!

  23. That is the cutest thing I have ever seen in my life! Of course Wylla doesn't just have her wee buffet to stand at -- no, she has a whole dining room! So when will she start sitting on the wee chair to eat off the wee table? Hee hee!

  24. Oh my. Love the turquoise kitten dining set, AND the pink Pyrex bowl. It's like you designed the colour scheme around Wylla. And the kitten's pretty cute, too ;0

  25. Such a delightful, silly girl. One meal must digest before another can be eaten, Wylla. Not even endearing kitty babies are exempt from this.

  26. What an adorable series of shots of Wylla in her itty bitty dining room! <3 Too cute! She's looking increasingly less patient.

  27. Just when I thought kittens can't get any cuter, you spring another surprise on us. A very squeeworthy post indeed, it made my day!

  28. Maybe it's not another round of food she wants, but the upright holding from Mom! :}

  30. I'm sorry, I'm just dead right now from the cuteness. Caption: "You want me to grow, dontcha?" (cue big eyes)

  31. Awwwww, so precious in her little kitchen with her teeny tiny bowl. Love the third pic of her looking up expectantly, tail held high. Sigh. How does one resist that look?

    ReplyDelete
  32. Laurie, you have some amazing will power to resist that lovely, patient little gal.

Her dining space is freekin' adorable and perfect.

    ReplyDelete
  33. She is absolutely adorable!

    ReplyDelete
  34. Okay, I'll bite--did you feed her a treat?

    ReplyDelete
  35. OMC! That is just too precious! Can we see some more dinner time photos too, please?

    ReplyDelete
  36. I just don't think there is a cuter series of pictures anywhere in THE WORLD, maybe even THE UNIVERSE.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Awwww....how can you deny her petite prettiness? And I love where she eats!

    ReplyDelete
  38. That is so cute! It must be hard to resist such a cute little creature. Her dining area is adorable.

    ReplyDelete
  39. I love that last one, especially. "I'm standing up high, Mama, it's okay! You can feed me now!"

    Such a smart girlie <3

Is that an old Pyrex pink dish she has?

  40. I just died.
Then I read the comments and saw at least one other person is dead from the cuteness. Wylla is a relentless killing machine.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Is there anything cuter than that? No, I think not.

    ReplyDelete
  42. That is absolutely adorable! Wylla, her dining room, Wylla, Wylla, your descriptions, ADORABLE!!!

    ReplyDelete
  43. Too cute. I have that same little Pyrex bowl. Being a fan of miniatures I've been doing a series on my blog about how my dream dollhouse might be furnished. Now I'm thinking I could include my little casserole dish.

    ReplyDelete
  44. OMG!I just can't take all this cuteness! I have a boy kitty who does exactly the same thing. He looks cute doing it but he doesn't hold a candle to this little sweetie and her precious furniture! It's over the top and I do believe she gets cute by the day - how that's possible I don't know.

  45. With every new post of Wylla, it breaks my heart that I can't adopt her. She's so beautiful and sweet and charming that I would take her in a heartbeat, mega-e and all. (Sadly, the aging queen of the household has zero tolerance for other felines ;_;)

    ReplyDelete
  46. I don't know, if I had that girl she'd never be on the floor.. I'd have her in my arms and be kissing her until I kissed all her fluff off!

    ReplyDelete
  47. I love the little rug. No cold linoleum for Wylla!

    ReplyDelete
  48. Too sweet. I must say, whomever adopts Wylla will need to take the dining set with them!! Can't separate the two now.

Wylla, I like what you did with the place. I mean, you have a lovely color scheme going on in your dining room. I'm certain that you'd be quite the hostess if you ever invited some kittehs over for high tea or even dinner.

    ReplyDelete
  50. Haha, could she be waiting for you to carry her around? Such a cute little doll!

    ReplyDelete
  51. Just stopped by to check and yes, it's still the cutest thing I ever saw. Wish I didn't live across the country or I'd take her in a New York minute. Well, my turbo tabby might have something to say about it, too. Oh, well. I'm sure somebody will do so. She's simply too adorable to resist.

  52. Second photo - so intense! "If I stare hard enough, maybe food will appear!"

  53. I hope that's a sign that her Chi is flowing very nicely, thank you, and that she's about to put on a growth spurt! It's good that she thinks she's hungry, right? Precious little girlie has to grow so she can find that forever home. Bless her furry lil heart!

    ReplyDelete
  54. Please don't tell me that Wylla is so little that her lovely dining room floor is actually a placemat or a kitchen towel?

    ReplyDelete
  55. If I had walked into my kitchen and been faced with photo #3, I would have weakened and handed over treats for sure -- she's got the Antonio-Banderas-Puss-In-Boots expression down pat!

    ReplyDelete
  56. Good thing my cats don't have a computer. If they saw these photos, they would demand a dining set-up as lovely as Wylla's! This is what I love about cats - they have such a sense of style and class...

  57. That is soooooooo Cute. Cute overload.

  58. the little dining room is killing me with cute!! I feel like she needs tiny little matching silverware!
