Burrowing, Perching, Pouncing

Wylla and Audrey are both out and about now and exploring the main floor during of most the day.

Just like her sister, Wylla enjoys burrowing in the couch pillows,

planning ambushes from up high,

and perching on the wobbly scratcher.

Her approach to climbing the tower is much more graceful and delicate than Audrey's, so she's able to scale, perch, and dismount without knocking it down.

  2. I live in the UK and already have two marvellous furbabies, but something about these two makes me want to build a teleporter so I can add them to the family! The white fur around her eyes makes them so expressive!

  10. Yay! So glad Wylla is well enough (or at least is non-contagious enough) to romp around with the Bean and Audrey! Laughter is known to be the best medicine... I'm sure they are all hearing plenty of it :-)

  11. Lookin' good, Wylla! So you're saying Wylla is more of a delicate flower of a kitten, and Audrey is well...not? lol...

  13. I just love both of thee girls! I still want you to measure the distance between their eyes and tell us the difference. Maybe it's just the ultimate optical illusion.

  14. I think Wylla and Audrey have won a special place in our hearts because of the road they have traveled with you. Hope there is lots of exploring, pouncing and perching in Wylla's future. They must be a riot to watch!

  15. She's just so darling - how nice to see her exploring her little world. I imagine that "delicate" may be the way she will best be described throughout her life as she continues to grow and thrive.

  16. Glad Wylla is becoming a "wild woman" albeit in a graceful, refined and most delicate way. Always a joy when the kitties are feeling their oats.

  18. Kitties of Oz

I'd just Wylla way the hours
and send Miss Stout some flowers
    to chase her blues away...

She'd be fit as a fiddle
and she wouldn't pass her kibble
if she only had a cure.

    She's the floofiest of kitties
    she's extra itty bitty
    she's really got the charm

She'd be up and a whoopin'
and she'd finally stop her poopin'
if she only had a cure!

    Love to Wylla

    1. Am I the only one who had to sing that out loud? If Wylla spoke English, she'd laugh herself to wellness listening to that!

      Brava!!!

      BRILLIANT!!!

And Lynn, no, you were not the only one! I HAD to sing it out loud too.

So happy Wylla is slowly getting better. Sending love and healing vibes that she continues to feel better.

    3. "I'd just Wylla way the hours..." Brilliant!

@Lynn - though I thought the poem was clever, I must confess I didn't get that it was this song until I read your comment. Despite, you know, the title and all :\

    7. What new and improved lyrics? Did I miss them? And if you liked that,
      I could tell you why
      the litter overflows
why she's got the cutest nose
      and then I'd sit
      and watch her pose!

    8. Oh, I get it: Empsgorm, you think MY lyrics improve the "If I Only Had a " song! The "I'd just Wylla way the hours" popped into my head!

It actually should be "I could Wylla way the hours...."

  19. I'm so glad Wylla is able to be out and about, playing with her sister and Bean. Here's hoping her health issues clear up completely and she grows up strong and healthy, even if she is a beautiful, delicate little thing her whole life!

  26. Finally: Free Wylla!! So happy over this new development!

It does not surprise me a bit that she can daintily perch atop and descend delicately off of the sisal cone. Wylla is such the little ladycat, the most graceful tiny miss in all the land. :)

  30. I do so love to see Miss Wylla running free.
She does look slightly overwhelmed at all that SPACE to run free in!

Has Miss Charlene been giving the girls her Bean Beauty lessons?
