Wait. Didn't We Meet You Already?

Nope, that was Royal.  This is Floyd.

Floyd Tipton.

Please say hello to Floyd.   But say it quietly, please.  He frightens easily.

DSC_0008

They look an awfully lot a like, but Floyd's nose is a little broader and his coat is a little longer. The easiest way to tell them apart is by their behavior.  Royal is much braver,  Floyd tends to retreat.

I can see Floyd is trying not to be scared,  he just can't help it right now.

But he'll get there.

He will.

    1. I don't know their history, Lisa. It's rare that we do. They could of been feral, but I don't know for sure.

  11. Love the names of the two newly introduced Tiptons. But, I'm waiting for...J. Beresford Tipton (just gave away my age with this reference to the mysterious man who was "The Millionaire" on TV back in the 19502 and 1960s).

  17. Okay, I said before that "Royal Tipton" sounds like the name of a tea.

"Floyd Tipton" sounds like a PGA golfer!

He'll know he's in a safe place in a short while, and then watch out! because he looks like fun.

  25. Well, hi, little guy!

You've got the best teachers in the world there. Craig and Laurie and their occasional human guests will show you how humans have warm laps and hands that are good for petting and cuddling and are actually pretty good at playing. Charlene Butterbean will teach you all you need to know about grooming and cat etiquette, and all about how to manage your own human staff when you get them.

So it's time to relax, you're a lucky little floofbucket!
