Thank Goodness! The Reinforcements are Here!

DSC_0625

Kitten number four arrived JUST in time to cover the second half of our matching donation challenge.   If you had trouble getting through earlier,  it was because SOMEBODY took the phones off the hook so she could nap.

But it's OK.  You were able to make your donations online, and I don't think the FUNdraiser skipped a beat.

So, here's sweet kitten number four.  He's a delightful little floofy boy.

He's got the most unsual coat.    He's all black tuxedo in front.

And smokey jacket on the back side.

Uh oh.  Is that a yawn?

Maybe putting a couch on the set wasn't such a good idea.

  2. Oh my goodness, he's gorgeous! I can't wait to see how that "smokey jacket" turns out as he grows. Love me some tuxedo boys! And all those whiskers and floof? Dying over here!

  3. These guys are way too cute!! I love their floof!!

  4. Perhaps a tread mill would be more efficient! Keep those kitties on their toes. This little guy is a dream! His eyes are unusual too. I think I am in love again.

  5. I think adding the couch to the set just allows for maximum cuteness!

  6. He's got his telethon tuxedo on, like a tiny Jerry Lewis!

I bet his gray parts will darken up as he grows. I had a kitten like that once.

  7. I think I may steal that little man. :)
(Also - I noticed a typo but I feel like a schmoo pointing it out - I believe you mean he has an unusual coat. :))

  8. Boy, when you said you ordered a dream team, you weren't kidding.

  9. I would love to see that couch next to something that would give us an idea of these itty bitties' real size. Betcha they're teeny.

  10. Yet another insanely adorable kitten! I love his little white socks, too. I can't see from the photos yet -- are both his back feet white, too? I always think white socks on a dark kitten are particularly elegant. :)

  12. Wow, what a litter! Tabbies, Creamsicles Tuxedos...what next? a Torbie perhaps? And what a super cute Tuxie he is...

  13. What a little doll! Love his back. Oh wow, so darn cute!

  14. Little Tuxie boy might lose his smoky fur. I had a kitten just like that ' we called it "frosting" but by the time he reached a year, he was solid black.
    Still adorable thought

  16. He is BEAUTIFUL!!! So precious. Thanks also for having Beanie laying in the telethon set - gives an idea of just how small that couch is and how tiny these babies are. Dream team is right!

  18. Gracious, but I cannot tell you how much I love white whiskers on a tuxie. And white feet too? These kittens are killing me!!!

  19. I see fluffy tuxie has removed one of the couch cushions in order to maximize nap space and accomodate all his floof. Laurie, do you think he is the fluffiest in the litter?

    ReplyDelete
  20. Hard to say. Some have longer hair, his is more dense. All depends how you measure floof.

  21. So delightful!

These kittens are doing a bang-up job on the phones already! I can't blame them for needing a nap or two.

  22. I *heart* that couch. Is it a (kitten size) IKEA Klippan?

  23. Is tiny tuxie man really that much smaller than his sister, or does it just look that way in the first picture?

Either way, he's my favorite so far... can't wait to hit the goal so that we can see #5... maybe you saved the best for last :)

    1. He's a tad smaller, but mostly, he's just sitting back a little further so it's a bit deceiving.

      They are all the best!

  26. That coat is awesome! And no, the couch was a brilliant idea. It's my absolute favorite part. And clearly it's their as well.
