Good morning! Are you ready to meet the second little lady from our little litter? Well, here she is.. DSC_0069 Kara was the lucky winner who got to name this sweet little girl.   I think you're going to like her choice.

  4. Perfect choice! Does human Opal know the tribute to her yet? You will have to let us know her response and maybe post a pic when she meets her namesake.

And Ms Opal McG is a lovely calico!

  5. Yay for little kitty Opal! Yay for little human Opal, getting a namesake!

Also, my gosh these are such cutie calicos - it seems unusual to have two in one batch. Will the third be a calico too????

  8. First name for this little one, last names of all....as good as it gets...and how utterly adorable are these kittens! Hurrah for the kittens, the bestowers of names, and for a most generous little human girl.

  9. What a beautiful tribute! A first name after one of our favorite wee people, chosen by a wonderful donor to the Kitty Fundraiser, and a last name given by the absolutely fabulous Ms. Suprenant! Our dear kitty celebrates fundraiser heroes in high style!

  12. I love the name Opal, not only because of the wonderful young lady who is such a generous donor to the FUNdraiser, but also because it was my grandmother's name, who lived to age 103 and was a true character right up to the end. I have a feeling young Ms. Opal McGillicuddy is going to follow in both sets of footsteps and be a bright, generous, loving kitty who's also going to be a real character -- whoever ends up as her forever family is going to be very lucky!
