Who Needs a Kitten (or three)?

DSC_0134

We knew when they first moved in that the McGillicuddy girls would be short-timers. Well, it's just about time. They all went in for shots and micro-chipping last Thursday. Everyone officially made weight (little Cheryl hit the mark exactly) so we put them on the surgery schedule.

This morning I'll be taking the three in for a little belly-shaving and snippity-snipping. So, very, very soon, they'll be ready for adoption! BUT we need to need homes first!

No one has been spoken for yet, so they're all officially available. If you're in market for a very sweet little girl-kitty (or two, or three) please send a message to kittywrangler(at)gmail(dot)com and tell us a little bit about who you are and the kind of home you could offer a kitten(s).

Or, if you know someone fabulous who needs a little kitten-love in their life, please send them our way.

Thanks!

  2. God, if I could take little Cheryl home, I totally would. Two things, though:

    1. I'm in Minneapolis.

    2. Wife said "no" to more cats (we have four, with a baby human on the way).

  5. Dan B., I think that is the first time I've read it where the wife says 'no' :) Congratulations on the new baby!

    These girls are adorable.

  7. Opal, to me, looks like she has the classic "young boy's ivy leaguer" hair cut...parted down the side and combed back in a tidy fashion. :) Either that or she's wearing a bad toupee.

Whichever it is, her little black cap is very fashionable.

  8. I think it's time for IBKC to open an East Coast branch! I love these girls!

  9. So fast - just goes to show how quickly they grow and mature under the tutelage of Ms. Charlene Butterbean at the Kittehs Finishing School.

So Laurie - with your amazing photography skills how about a shot of 3 shaved bellies in a row?

  10. Hard to believe that no one has claimed any of these cuties.. Good thing I'm in Sacramento, I'd claim almost any of the kittens that come through here and I'd be the official Crazy Cat Lady.. :)

Not to mention my current 3 would probably put up a stink.. Mine aren't as laid back as Ms Butterbean.

OPal and her black cap truly are hilarious! Very, very cute. I'd take the 3 girls, are they calicos?, but that's of no use, I'm in Oz...oh, and if I may, Laurie, I jsut want Kisses's mum to know I look at 'kitten in my pocket' everyday but I can not leave a comment. Kisses is hysterical they way she's trying to nom Griffey in the latest pic, starting at his tail! That'll teach him! Is Kisses a permanent resident at K.I.M.P?
