A Sneak Peek for Bean

Last night Phoebe and I were having a little phone rehearsal on  the new IBKC telethon set.    Bean was upstairs napping when we started, but before we finished, she decided to make a little cameo appearance.

This was the first time Phoebe had seen Bean, so as you can see, she was a little bit startled.

Bean's not supposed to be within licking distance of them yet.   Things are thickening up in the poop department, and I have seen a couple of "tootise rolls" in the box, so we're getting there.  But until everything is good and solid with everyone,  there's  no mingling with Charlene.

Hopefully, soon.   It keeps looking better, but then it gets worse, then it gets better.  Remarkably, it's not slowing them down.  Everyone is gaining weight like they should be at their age.

OK. Enough poop talk.

I'll be back later today with a little Geraldine to brighten your afternoon.

  9. Hi, will there be a Drewey fund again this year? Because I would like my tiny annual dog-a-thon contribution to go to the seniors this year.

  10. Awww, Charlene just can't wait to get her paws on those kittens anymore! Patience, dear Bean... and the others are just as adorable as Phoebe, too! Oops, maybe I shouldn't have told you that...

  11. There is nothing more adorable and less fear-inducing than a teensy kitten all puffed up to look ferocious, is there? Such a terrifying little Phoebe! :) And Bean just looks so calm and interested, of course. She really is the best ever kitty substitute mom!

  12. Thankfully, it looks like ICHC gave due credit finally. Meanwhile, I can't wait until Bean can properly introduce the kittens to her wisdom and wit. :)

  13. Do you have any idea how much you and all the kitties (including the Divine Ms. Bean) brighten my day? Hugs and kisses to all the phone bank "volunteers"!

  14. I think enough of us reported it to ICHC - I just got a note telling me of the update.

At least they are responsive to that kind of feedback. Some sites make it a whole lot more difficult, from what I hear.

We gotta help Charlene's staff out with this interwebs poleece-purrk.

  15. I never knew why Bean was isolated from the kitties for awhile, but now it makes perfect sense.
