Let the Names Begin...

FIRST of all, I just wanted to say thanks to everyone for all the Butterbean birthday wishes. You all made it a very special day for her, and we all appreciate it very much!

Now that the big day is over, it's time to get back to the business at hand... formal kitten introductions!

Meet Beezus Medley, our sweet little Tortie girl. She's friendly and spunky and so, so adorable.

Beezus Medley

Welcome, Beezus. We're so happy to have you here, and looking forward to getting to know you!

  4. I agree with Suzanne, you can't have a Beezus without a Ramona! What a pair of sweetie pies.

  6. Pleased to meet you, Beezus! How I'm hoping your forever family sports the last name of Quimby!

  7. Suzanne, I hope you're right! One of my favorite books -- I loved the whole series but Beezus and Ramona was my very favorite. I ALMOST named our 5 month old Golden Retriever puppy "Ramona", but I didn't want her to aspire!

  8. The little girl who already claimed the name Ramona was one of the prettiest itty bitties! Worth a look back through the archives:

  13. Okay, if there's already one Ramona out there, we can't have two itty bitties with that name. There was trouble enough in my family with one sister named Anne and another Suzanne!

@Anon who offered up the prayer for Beezus...I'm laughing my socks off over here! too too cute!

  17. Stupid question: do kitties with the same surname all come from the same litter? 'Cuz the Medley family all look so very different.

  22. Nanette says.....To Anonymous:
Kitties in one litter from the same mama can have more than one papa. You should see the contrast between my two. No one can believe they are siblings.

"Medley" is such a great name choice for them. In fact, Beezus looks like a medley all unto herself.
