OK, Universe. Please Send Some Good People Our Way!

So, we're still on the hunt for that perfect home for dear, sweet Clarence and Georgie. I know most of you following this blog are cat owners already, and really aren't looking to expand your feline family. And many of you don't live close enough to Seattle/Tacoma to adopt these boys.

Perhaps you know someone living in the area who might be in need of a fabulous pair of kittens. If you do, please forward a link to this post.

A little bit about the boys:

Georgie is a spunky orange tabby with a short, kinky tail and a plump little belly. He's a warm, loving fellow who's social and outgoing and VERY cuddly too. He likes napping on laps and will purr himself to sleep. His best friend is his brother Clarence.

Clarence has a lovely, smokey black coat and a little tuft of white on his chest. He's a special little guy too. He's social and active and the second he's in your arms, the purring starts. He's a bright little guy and a total cutie-pie. It's obvious good looks run in this family.

Both are confident and trusting kittens and we're hoping to place them together in a home where they will receive lots of love and attention. If you're on a search for a pair of kittens to brighten your New Year, please let us know and we can arrange a meet and greet.

I know I always say our kittens are special,, but this litter is exceptional. They had a rough start in life, but when you meet them, and see these healthy, social beings, you would never guess it. They exude love.

Fabulous folks, please send an email to kittywrangler@gmail.com if you need these lovely kittens in your life.

Thanks for spreading the word, friends.

  4. Their little "bios" are so cute! You have such a sweet way with photos, words, fostering -- I know you've heard this before but, well, darn it, you rock. I'm also on the wrong coast but we're keeping our fingers and paws crossed here in NYC for their furever home.

  5. Is Portland OR close enough for you to consider? Don't want to get someone's hopes up if it isn't.

  6. I'm purraying that they find their forever homes soon! I believe that the right people always show up at the right time, so I know it will happen eventually. Their bios are solid gold!

  7. No good person in the area with a space in their homes will be able to resist those photos, so here's hoping...

  9. So sad that you (and they) are over there, and I'm over here....... I would have them like a shot if it wasn't for the thousands of miles between us. I do hope the perfect person claims them soon.

  10. I just spoke with my husband and we would love to take both these boys in. We have one adult male cat already and a very sweet loving, mellow dog who puts up with our cat quite well. If you think this would be a good fit for the boys, let me know! We're in Seattle and would be happy to come down to Tacoma to meet them.

  11. I'm going to send this link to my sister. She may not be quite in the market for more kitties yet, though -- but she's moving shortly to a lovely bigger home and should have tons of room. So if not these two, hopefully some future Itty Bitties! In the meantime, I just KNOW these boys will find their forever home soon! I only wish I were closer so it could be MY home!

  13. While I live in San Diego now, most of my friends and family are still in the King/Pierce county areas. I Facebooked and tweeted this - I hope these boys find a home soon!

  16. I sent it to my one Bremerton facebook friend. Don't know if she's in the market right now, but she'll pass it along, too. But it sounds as though Beezus may be the lucky parent. Good luck, Beezus!

  17. Sounds like Beezus might be the winning parents of two gorgeous kittehs! Such cool cats - their coloring compliments each other.

  18. I hope they find a great furever home soon. I still detect an air of seriousness (even stoicism?) in their pictures, despite having landed the absolute best foster gig in all the kingdom. Maybe it's just because I don't see them romping around every day. Heaven knows, they've rebounded more quickly than most humans would have under similar circumstances.

  25. There's nothing better than a pair of rescue kitties who had a hard start--I know from experience, and whoever ends up with these little dudes will have so much kitty joy.

I swear, my little ones know how lucky they are--how else to explain their sweetness? These photographs really remind me of my two, who also have that serious look in their eyes, even when they're being mischievous.

  33. I posted this to facebook for you as I now know a few people who have moved to the Seatle area. I've been a follower of yours for quite a long while now and do some fostering myself in southeastern Pennsylvania and started a blog about it because of you! You always have the most fabulous photos!
