  7. Okay - so how many yawned while looking at the pics? The power of suggestion from one so cute is overwhelming. Think I'll go take a nap now...Gotta find a kitten.

  10. LOL, Catmama.. I was going to say the same thing. Amazing how a yawn can be so contagious, even across species.

  16. Oh, you do have the knack for capturing everday kitten stuff and making it special, Laurie. Yesterday Ridley's sleep, today, Pia's yawn!

  17. so stately... "did I yawn?, no, I think not".

  18. Wow - you captured the sequence beautifully.

#6 is my favorite stage of the kitty yawn, absolutely zero possibility of dignity

  19. Fabulous. Yoo cracked the yawning ~ now for sumfin more complicated like snoozing. There's so much to learn when yoo're just an itty bitty.

  20. Pia's little face stripe, to me, looks like it was maybe a fencing scar that she got while sailing the high seas, or learning to duel in the Heidelberg style. It makes her look rakish and dashing.

  21. this is not only cute but i am jealous of how artistically you captured the yawn for start to finish. well done!

  23. took the liberty of stitching up the pics as an animated gif--as if anything could make Pia more darling . . . ;) hope you enjoy!

  24. Laurie, you could do an all-Pia set of cards with this sequence. It'd be a best seller, I'm sure.

  25. Dammit, just did a gif myself, and realised someone else did. Mine is a small one, though.
