This kitten is too cute for words. I had to comment at work, because if my own cats saw me browsing the internet for other kittens, they'd be extremely hurt and jealous.
The second picture looks like she is saying, it's me Momma, I am the one. I want to kiss her toes. So cute.
Miss Fern those are some cute tosies you have my dear!*Smooch*
They sure are!
My word, Fern has just about the cutest little face and nose (and toes) ever -- so unique!!
and the smile is killer as well.shes just adorable.
Who can melt human hearts with her smile? Who can take a blah workday and suddenly make it all seem worthwhile? It's YOU, Fern, and you must know it.
Very cute...but I keep expecting a Thelma photo bomb...especially with that second picture.
So cute..its killing me..the pose! The beans! Those eyes! *smoggle*
So tiny! So cute. Love those little toesies!
Such a cutie and such cute toes!
Beautiful kitty with mauve footsies. And a wonderful smile - such joy!
Oh Fern! Those cute little jelly bean paw pads are a powerful intoxicant to my humans who just cannot stop SQUEEEEING now they have seen them.Whicky Wuudler
Cutie toes, but I love her little black nose too! Oh Fern, you are adorable.
What lovely markings you have, Fern! Utterly! The toes just make your total look!
Fern, I would LOVE to talk to the paw!But I can only wish I can somehow experience trans-location into the kitten room and then........I will wake up and realize I fell asleep on the laptop again!
Laurie, are they named after the British jazz trumpeter Humphrey Lyttelton? I do hope so.
Such sweet little toesies!
aw...thanks for the smile this morning!
Question for you--The kittens you foster never seem to still be with their mothers. Why is that? Are there so many surrenders of just kittens without the mother cat? Are they separated from their mother's just prior to coming into foster care? When I foster kittens, the mother cat almost always is still in the picture and I foster her too.
Coffe bean toesies!
Linda, There are babies that come into the shelter with their moms but we choose to foster only the orphaned kittens. With two grown girls in the house, I've never thought it would be a good idea to bring a third lady in. (especially a stressed out mama cat). As for all the orphaned kittens, sometimes they are feral - babies are found and turned in and mama remains out there in the world. Sometimes orphans are surrendered by irresponsible cat owners - their cat gets pregnant, they keep the kittens until they are weened (and become more work and more expensive when you have to feed them), then surrender kittens to shelter and keep mama.
First it was black faces with white whiskers, and now black feet with pink beans? These kittens are a creative bunch!
OOOOh Fernie's cofee bean toesies!
Om nom nom teh toe beans!!!!1!!
Those are some very precious, kissable toes! xoxo
