And Who are You??

Meet our baby black bear. This cute little cub is Ezra Lyttelton.

He's mostly black, but has a few wispy white hairs on his chest and legs. His back left toes have just a teeny tiny touch of white.

He's the biggest of brood, and a big love too.

  1. Oh, the Lytteltons are such a dear group! Ezra may be the biggest, but Ezra doesn't look much bigger than a Pound, if you get my drift.

  2. So adorable!! Now did we meet this one the other day, or was that one different?

  3. Hi Laurie
You seem to be making up for having twins only during the last two rounds. I think we've met 5 kittens up to now. Are there more?
They are all so adorable with black nosies!
I am sure Charlene would have a good time bathing all of em...

  5. Utterly. . . utterly!! Do I detect a hint of blacktabbishness in his lovely fur? Especially in the first shot?

  9. Marjorie,, he does have very subtle tabby undertones. In the light right, you can see a bulls-eye on his side.

  14. LOL Anne! Now THAT was good.

All litters are special, but my super kitty senses tell me this group is especially special.

  15. Howdy sweet Ezra! How sweet you are and I have a puppy who is all black except for 3 toes on one paw and a blaze.....very handsome, eye-catching look, for sure.

  16. aah, adorable! he looks just like my little black cat, who was also a foster kitty. he outgrew those wispy little white hairs, but still has tabby stripes if the light is right!

  17. Darin - took me a minute, but I got it. Bet that's Ezra's favorite band!

  18. Anne Bolyn - oh gracious, that was awful. And by awful, I mean terrific.

Laurie - a bullseye? oh my paws and whiskers. I can't remember what that pattern is called, but that is my favorite tabby pattern, ever. Is that a classic tabby? mackeral tabby?

We need some jellybean shots here. You can't show us licorice noses without some jellybeans to go with them! That's just mean!

  19. Ezra? I thought it was a girl's name. Ezra Dax was a character on Star Trek Deep Space 9. But he's still a cute kitten. He looks like he wants to jump up in your arms and make biscuits.

  20. What a sweetie!!! He looks so little and a real beauty!!!

  21. jason,,, not a star trek fan, didn't know that. i've only heard used for boys, for example poet ezra pound name. it's a traditional hebrew boy's name.

  22. Jason - That was Ezri Dax, not Ezra. ;-)

I LOVE bear cub kittehs! *smooches baby bear cub*

  24. Hi Ezra. Yoo are one cute kitty. Head bonks.

  25. Oh, he tskes me back to baby days of my Mr. P (Panther). He was so teeny and had similar markings. Now 10 years old and jet black (unless hit with the right light) and 14 pounds, with the ability to put his front paws on the table and raise up look around at whats being served. He's huuuuuge.

  26. Ezra's a dead ringer for one of my cats as a kitten, white toes and all. This litter is quite unusual in its coats!

As Ezra grows, the white patches on his feet will likely stay the same sizes, thus appearing to diminish as he gets bigger.

  27. How adorable! Oh, goodness, I think I've already picked a "dream kitten" from this litter.

  28. Adorable. I want to see a photo of his white toes!
