Enthusiastic Explorers

Yesterday when I came home from the grocery store, I unloaded the goods, and threw my bag on the chair. Perry dropped what he was doing, leaped up on the chair, and burrowed into the bag to investigate. One by one, the kittens joined in on the excitement.

The bag was perfect. It was large enough to contain all four kittens at once, and it made a the most wonderful rustling noise while they wrestled inside of it.

They played hard for a good half hour, taking turns being inside it and out, then one by one, fell asleep on top of the bag.

OH boy, THAT was very fun.

I always appreciate the enthusiasm kitties have towards anything new in their world.

  9. This reminds me of the story in which a whole mess o' forest animals finds refuge from a snow storm inside a mitten. It stretches and stretches to accommodate a fox, rabbit, hedgehog, bird, etc.

In this case, the gorgeous shopping bag is a perfect backdrop for the Drapers' beautiful coloring. So sweet.

  11. Is it my imagination or is this litter just *especially* dear? Maybe I am biased because of the tortie who looks so much like my baby.
