Capturing The Lovejoys

capturing_the_lovejoys

I thought I'd share with you some sequential frames from a group photo shoot with The Lovejoys. Look closely. You can see their attention span thin and some of the kittens even start to doze off as the photos progress.

Click on the picture, then click on "all sizes" for a larger view.

  4. Oh my gosh, I think I just died and gone to kitten heaven! Those are wonderful photos! GAH!

If only my apartment complex would allow me to have more than 2 cats and if only I lived in the Tacoma/Seattle area!

  8. I absolutely love how Tressa is sitting on those few pictures on the right, with a jumble of legs. So cute! I wish she could be a little sister to my Mr Minou!

  9. I've always wondered how you manage to get them all to look at the camera at the same time? - my cat is always wiggling all the over the place when I try to take a picture of him!

    They will be missed."

  14. Oh my goodness...that was too much cuteness in one shot...my heart just melted and dripped all over the place...I desperately want all four, I don't even care that I'd be the crazy cat lady with 7 cats...sigh...I think I'll just spend the rest of my day staring at the pictures...and by the way, Tressa definitely knows how to out-pose her brothers :)

  19. They are beyond adorable. I am SO dead from the cute. No surprise that Tressa's the last one standing!

I especially like the stretchy-cats one.

It's just too much. They're too gorgeous! And Tressa IS a supermodel!

  20. Echoing the sentiments of the other commenters...I don't know how you do it but you consistently have the MOST adorable kittens ever.

And this group is no exception.

    Smiles all around.

  21. Fifth one down on the left, where Neville and Tressa are doing their Superman impressions - precious!

Most pictures of my cats are extreme nose closeups, because they want me to put the camera down and pet them instead.

  22. Also - I so, so hope that whoever is lucky enough to adopt these kids sends pictures of them all grown up. They're going to be beauties.

  23. I love how Tressa's apparently getting a butt sniff from Harlan (95% sure that's him!) in the 6th picture down on the left... I guess boys just can't resist :) My dog does the same thing to my kitten Cassie, except it's more of an "extreme close-up" butt sniff/cleaning. SO endearing :)

  28. This much cuteness has to be illegal in 16 states! Wonderful pictures, Laurie, of a beautiful family!

  29. I was going to comment on the butt sniff but someone beat me to it! Anyway, these really are so cute and fun. It helped at the end of a really poopoo day!

  30. Love the insider's peek at a 'photo shoot'...it isn't all glam unless you are a Lovejoy and 'glam' is your middle name.
