Awww! They finally meet. I'm glad Charlene knows what her limits are.
She's such a good teacher... no wonder the kittens grow into such good cats in their forever homes.Butterbean, you're the best!
Awww....i love how Charlene puts an arm around the kittens. Be careful with Neville, Charlene. He's a booty biter!
Aww that last pic is great! Love the Lovejoys and charlene...
That last line almost ruined my computer .... coffee spewing moment! Hurray, Charlene has babies again.
oooh! Butterbean's met the kitties! Yaaaay!!!Can't wait to hear more about it.
That was cute but also pretty funny. It is nice that she is so good with the kittens. I know my cats (even our female) aren't quite as loving.
Oh Neville...you better listen to Ms. Butterbean (and don't even think about biting her booty)! Love how Charlene hugs the itty bitty kitties :)
So nice to see Miss Butterbean with a new litter. That last picture is adorable.
Neville is getting the Full Butterbean Treatment! The paw on his mouth cracks me up!Ms. Charlene will always be my favorite!
Neville has such an honest, law-abiding, innocent citizen face! Knowing kittens, I assume he is not to be trusted for even a second.
Him love him Auntie Charlene!
I am so dead of cute from that last photo.
Too cute! You can almost hear Charlene's hypnotic voice, "You will come closer and play now..." ;)
Ah, the Itty Bitty Booty Biter has met the Butterbean - and he has been conquered by her amazing butter-beanie-ness! I am sure she will put him in his place should he attempt booty-biting.They look sooo cute together! Can't wait to see more IBKs with Ms. Charlene!
Yeahhh! It's great Butterbean got to meet the kitties! That would be a great birthday present to watch. Everyone looks so happy. It's playtime for everyone!
Yay, Ms. Butterbean, rising to the challenge of presenting yet another litter of perfectly (kinda) behaved kittens to the world! At least, she will dissuade Neville from his booty-biting ways!
Have there been incidents of Ms. Butterbean needing to enforce that rule about nursing?
Too funny!! I love the look on Neville's face in the last picture, like GULP!!! ok.......Charlene is a great kitty mama, even if she never had a litter of her own ;o)
O M G - Such cuteness and Miss Charlene walks floofily and carries a firm paw! What a gorgeous image of her with her new IBKC protege'
Charlene is such a good foster cat mommy!! Sigh, my cat is actually petrified of kittens! She will NOT be happy when I start fostering in a year or two.
i LOVE the third picture-"shhh, little one, do not say a word"Butterbean knows just how to train em!
What a cutie pie!
Charlene has itty bitties again! LOVE the photos, especially the one ... ok ... all of them!Big boisterous YAYs for big kitties finding their forever homes this weekend, like Pirate, Sinatra, Yul and Gabriel. There were many more, those were just a few I knew of. Yay!!
(loudest of loud:) AHH! that last photo is breathtaking, Laurie! The Beauty of Butterbean with the nicest of naughty Neville. After a long afternoon at the shelter it just made my DAY! Such gorgeousness!
Yay! Charlene gets kittens to lick and the kittens get another foster mamma and we all get to watch!Everybody's happy!
OK, I have seen a whole bunch of adorable on this site, but this little scene...it made my heart break from the sweetness, and it was funny, too!
That scratching you hear is a broken record: POSTCARDS POSTCARDS POSTCARDS! But Laurie - seriously, you make my eyes water. There is such tenderness in our pictures....they're actually *healing*. Wonderful! And...as always, thank you SO much, SO much!
Please, please, can she keep him, please? She'll take care of him and feed him and clean the litter box....and she'll do the same for the other three, please?
Little Mr. Neville is such a heartbreaker! It's a good thing somebody has heart to say "no" to him once in a while...
I LOVE that Charlene loves kittens. Siiiggghhh. Is that pretty rare, for adults to take so well to kittens? Especially so many different little strangers? I've always been curious.
Anon, when the kittens first meet CBB, they usually try to nurse on her. Anne B,, but if she kept him,, we wouldn't be able to foster for 6 months. Those are the rules. FFGirl, I don't think it's common,, but I don't think it's rare either.
How funny - and just like it is here in my house - Lottie has lost all tolerance for Millie's persistent attempts to drill into her chest. Poor Millie sometimes looks so lost and bewildered, but at 6 months old, it's time she was weaned, even from the milk-free fur of her big sister!
