  3. My favorite is the one with the kitten paws on Craig's shoulder. Because she realized that if she used the influential power of the kitten paws, she might get a bite.

  4. Are they not the three cutest things you ever saw!

  5. Oh my goodness....I think kittens are born with "bowl" imprinted in their little brains. They may NOT like what's in 'em, but durn it, they have to SEE! (And Craig? Kudos to you; I'd have dropped the bowl and spent the next 40 minutes snorgling!) (Thanks for these!)

  6. Ahh, that _must_ be What Kittens Love The Best (remember Tigger?)! Graig, you are so honored they allow you to eat lunch with them. (tap, tap, DUDE, we really _do_ want a bite!)

  7. PS I _know_... my fingers can't spell. Craig, my apologies. :)

  8. Heheheeee... It's something ingrained into those little kitty brains. Mine used to sit in the chairs at the table, and watch the fork move from the plate to my mouth. Don't know how many times I've told them "Cats HATE (insert whatever food here)".

They never believed me for some reason.

  12. At first, I thought Enid was checking out Craig's neck ~ vampire kitty wants lunch! Such cute photos. Thanks for sharing your handsome Craig with us, Laurie! He looks great with the IBKs.

  13. Ah, the joys of older kittehs who have been trained to stay at least 3 feet away from any tempting comestibles!

Although I have to confess, Laurie, that I am now officially double jealous of you -- adorable kittens and addorable sweetie-pie!

  15. OH SO CUTE - makes me want to get a bowl of soup and see if a pair of spotted kitties appear nearby.

WAIT....Tacoma IS nearby! 40 minutes or so....

This site provides so many warm fuzzies...I often leave one of the pages up on a spare browser, so I can get a glimpse of kittens

  16. It is the people at Portmeirion. I have the same bowls and the cats just glimpse one and are convinced that it must be holding treats for them. I think the designers at Portmeirion have studied this and know what is the most kitty attractive bowl

Also, you have been tagged! (http://mythoughtsontheworld-k.blogspot.com/2008/12/tagged.html)

  18. Hey Karen! Looks like your girls are fans of lentil soup. I have a feeling they probably prefer the home made variety. Strap on that apron!

  19. Oh, yes, I remember the days of keep away. Descended upon (and inevitably ascended) by Bitty's 7 kittens as soon as a bowl or plate came out.

Can't decide which pic I like best. You're a very patient foster Dad, Craig.

And it IS all kitteh food until they say otherwise!
