  4. Hester, you have what it takes! Whatever you're selling, I think we're all buying.

I left out a biggie adoption yesterday ~ sweet Ameera the calico point himmie found her new forever home (this time it's for good). She came to us as a stray back in March, was adopted but that family developed an allergy and had to return her last week. She's a lovebug and a perfect match for her new momma. We won't be seeing her again. YAY!

  6. I think I'm going to change my name to "Hester".

  7. Hester, the look of a little angel....just wondering if this is your itty bitty way denying any mischief making?

  8. I second Anne Bolyn, love the easier meow!

Hester... you mean, in addition to a forever home and family? Spoiling, that's what we wants!

  9. ah, shes an angel, i cant decide if she wants something or if shes looking at her reflection in the camera lens!
imagine what great therapy it would be for us all.
if everyone in the US had to go out and get themselves a cat or kitten.
the world would be so much nicer, and more loveable!

  11. I was at a PetSmart last night, looking into the costs of getting a hamster (the current landlord won't let us have kitties), and went over to the adoption center.

I had to walk away rather quickly, I was getting all teary-eyed, looking at the precious kitties in there. I wanted to take them all home!

  13. Is she named after Hester Prynne? She has a little "A" on her nose.

  15. nope, ptoes she's not named after hester prynne.

  16. ptoes - that's funny. I've been known to call her Hester Prynne myself, and I also noticed the "A" on her nose. But she's a good girl that one - hers stands for absolutely adorable.

  18. oooh, Hester...

Since I cannot make it down there to give you loves...may I please lavish attention on my sweet girls instead?

They have been feeling neglected of late....

But you have such a sweet expression, your head tilted to the left of the frame and your eyes are so intent and serious.

    sigh...

    thud

  21. I wonder, can the babies feel the warmth of the love pouring their direction through the monitors? Yes, Hester, you are destined to be pampered and adored by a forever family who, acting on OUR behalf, will surely snorgle and kiss you and give you anything you want..... (and yes, she may be looking at her reflection in the lens -- LOVE THAT!)
