  2. No way those pretty feet could smell! Twyla's just jealous of the red nails, thinking of how MANY toenails she has that could be pedied!

  3. Or she is expressing her amazement at teh sheer SIZE of the human foot - and that there are only TWO!!!!

    WOW!!!

  7. Laurie - that is too funny! My "A" licks for minute, but if I leave him be, a bite is sure to follow! What is it about feet? lol

  8. OK, I'll be sending the bill for lemonade removal from the keyboard....oh heck, nevermind. It's not your fault Twyla's such a treat. Uhm...well yeah, it probably is. THAT is too rich, Laurie, thanks! (My Lilliane is just a rubber-on-the-feet type, has something to do with possession, as I understand it)

  9. Twyla is living in the lap of luxury!

Everyone all to herself! And I just bet that she is going to be spoiled rotten at her Forever Home. Hurray!!!!

Any news on how Lovell's brand new Forever Momma holding up? Bless her heart. Marminess - you never know until you KNOW.

  10. Twyla is sitting next to a pair of bare feet with handsomely painted red toenails. She's facing the camera with a True Troublemaker glint in her eye, her tongue hanging out of her mouth and her face scrunched up. Her ears are both way off to the sides, adding that certain gremlin touch.

Charlene Butterbean, meanwhile, is peacefully sitting off to one side, in perfect cat loaf position. There's more than a hint of "you two work this out by yourselves" in her attitude.

  11. What a perfect face gesture!

And horray for Meeka girl at PetsMart today for getting adopted. A 9 year old girl that had been with us for several months! Great stories!

  12. Laurie, is it my imagination or do the Picketts have more funny tongue photos than the average IBK litter? After watching Craig's wonderful video more times than I like to admit, it seems as if there are lots of faces like Twyla's here. Is it part of a yawn? I hate to say that they look like they are about to deal with a troublesome hairball when their tongues and faces look this way. I'll hope it's a yawn.

  13. Twyla you funny girl. What an unusual shot of this normally elegant itty bitty.

I agree with Anne B. about this batch and their tongues. Maybe Twyla's doing her Jerry Lee impression from the Caption Contest.

My sweet Olivia had the habit of licking my toes, which tickled a lot. I guess it's a kitty thing.

  16. Her mouth is opened widely in mid-yawn.... but maybe, just maybe.... it *could* look like she's going "bleh".

Cute kitten tongues! And I noticed it too about the Pickett tongues. Must have been that they were a very talky group.

  17. LOL!
Go Twyla! My little orphaned Annie (a friend of a friend found her alone, in the middle of a deserted road, one rainy night) was a toe chomper when she was itty. Good news, she grew out of it. :-)
